1. Parties

BUYER: The natural or legal person with the name, surname, address, and contact information specified during the order.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER's website.
3. Product and Price Information
The essential characteristics of the products, sale price (including VAT), payment, and delivery information are provided in the order summary and on the website.
Discount rates defined for member customers are applied automatically at the cart and payment step.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form within 30 days at the latest, depending on stock availability. Delivery time and shipping cost are shown in the order summary.
If the product is damaged or incomplete at the time of delivery, a report must be prepared with the courier and the SELLER must be notified immediately.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER within this period. Withdrawal notice may be sent to info@drbronos.com.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price is refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are applied in accordance with the provisions of the regulation.
6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Personal care products whose packaging has been opened, that have been used, or that are not suitable for return for hygiene and health reasons; custom products prepared according to the BUYER's requests; and perishable goods or goods that may exceed their expiration date may not be subject to the right of withdrawal under the exceptions specified in the regulation.
7. Disputes
In consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction.
