1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In distance sales, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Within this period, you may submit your return request by emailing info@drbronos.com or through the contact form.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition
- Invoice or order number must be provided during the return process
- In case of damaged/incomplete delivery, a report must be prepared at the time of delivery
- Return shipping information is provided by us or in accordance with regulatory provisions
3. Non-Returnable Products
Personal care products that are not suitable for return after the packaging has been opened for health and hygiene reasons, products past their expiration date, and products personalized at the consumer's request may be excluded from returns.
4. Refund
For approved returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product price is refunded to the BUYER using the payment method used, within 14 days at the latest after the product reaches the SELLER.
5. Exchanges
Requests for exchange of the same product or replacement with an equivalent product, depending on stock availability, are evaluated via info@drbronos.com. For damaged/incorrect product shipments, shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.
